There’s nothing more frustrating than having to shut down your bow practice, stow your equipment, haul it to a bow shop, and fork out hard earned pennies because of some small repair like re-serving part of your string. In this case, we were installing a Peep Sight on my daughter’s bow.
I figured it’d be a good opportunity to show how I tie serving. Even though this is a Peep sight, you can use this method to apply serving on any part of your bow.
Keep in mind that there are many ways to skin a cat when it comes to tying serving. This way is just one of them, so experiment, and find the way you prefer. The video below shows our way of tying the serving along with Emma Kate’s first shots after we fully installed the peep sight, and got everything tuned up.
